MONO-PET Easy Peel Lidding Film
Our fully recyclable easy-peel MONO-PET film is just 23 micrometers thick. This lean film effectively slows respiration and aging processes while inhibiting microbial decay, preserving freshness, flavor, and nutritional value throughout the supply chain. The hermetically sealed laser-perforated format enhances food safety by minimizing risk of contamination and tampering, while cutting plastic usage by 25-30% compared to conventional clamshells. In addition, the film’s excellent anti-fog properties prevent condensation, keeping the surface clear and the produce fully visible for an appealing retail presentation.
Resealable Lidding Film
Our innovative resealable lidding film consists of a laminated structure with two layers and a pressure-sensitive adhesive in between. A die-cut in the lower film layer creates a window that displays the produce and can be customized to desired dimensions. The film can be peeled and resealed up to 20 times, making it ideal for multiple servings and on-the-go convenience. Each time it is resealed, the modified atmosphere activity regenerates and continues to preserve quality. Designed with tamper-evident sealing to reassure consumers that the package remains unopened prior to purchase, the film is compatible with PET trays as well as some eco-sustainable materials.
