Lean Film Structures – Less Plastic

StePacPPC’s lean film structures minimize plastic consumption without compromising performance. At just 17-35 microns thick, our films are significantly thinner than conventional alternatives.

Xflow™ Roll-Stock Films

Our patented Xflow™ roll-stock films allow for the automated packing of bulk fresh produce. Compared to the bulk bag variant, they save up to 40% in use of plastic film, and increase operational efficiency through enhanced sealing properties and faster processing speeds. Optimized for both horizontal and vertical form-fill-seal (HFFS and VFFS) operations, these lean packaging films prove that responsible packaging can deliver superior results with less material. These solutions allow for shelf-life extension, enhanced quality, and lower waste. Films with 30% advanced recycled content are available.
